ALERT: All lanes are blocked on WB hwy.4 in Concord near Willow Pass Rd. due to a multi-vehicle injury collision.

UPDATE: The road is now open. Minor injuries reported.

Hmmm. A multi-vehicle injury collision on Highway 4. Some dope driving 100 MPH losing control and involving other cars?
