Police activity on Rosebrook Ct near St Francis Dr, in Concord. Please avoid the area. If you live nearby, shelter in place. There have been shots fired, allegedly by a barricaded subject. However there has been no traffic regarding anyone being struck by the gunfire. There is no further information at this time.
Update: Officers have been making announcements over a loudspeaker. They have also flown a drone into the house and are attempting to use it, to establish communications with the subject. The evacuation of nearby homes, will be starting shortly.
Update: The suspect has been taken into custody. There is evidence of shots fired inside the house.
