Diminished resources due to droughts and extreme weather caused by man.
Polluted areas caused by dependence on fossil fuels.
Hopefully climate change will be addressed, within the 100 years, to preserve Concord’s natural resources.
There is a term for this style of thinking: It’s called Fatal Conceit.

We bought our home here in Concord 45 years ago, and Hubby grew up in Concord.
Just our neighborhood alone has had its ups & downs during that time.
Some places/areas will improve, and some places/areas will be dead zones.
Sadly, Concord isn’t what it used to be, …think I won’t see it where it was years ago.

You said it well Roz!
I actually think Concord has slightly improved in the last two or three years. But it’s still not as good as it was 40 years ago when it was really a strong nice attractive community .
.There’s been an influx of too many poor people and too many illegal immigrants. ( not saying that in a hateful or downcast way, just observing) it definitely has changed the character of the town

Probably the entire area will be high rise high density unfortunately – if there is even anything left of this country or earth for that matter the way things are going
Yeah, pretty much.
I believe they refer to this phenomenon as “progressive”.

Single family housing will have been replaced by high-density housing. The City of Concord will have changed from being a SUBURBAN city, to being an URBAN city.
