He also doesn’t understand the court process. The appeal is not a new trial. All the evidence is close at the trial court level and the appeal court is just a legal review of the case. There will be no new evidence at the appeals court. If he had any evidence refuting the evidence brought by the DA he needed to get that on the record at the trial court.
