The body of a deceased female was located this morning near hwy.242 & Market St./Meadow Lane, behind the Smart Stop Self Storage facility. The woman appears to be a transient. Her cause of death is currently under investigation, and no other information has been released at this time.

I have been searching for Edgielyn Torrente. She has been missing for over a week. I put in a missing person report to Antioch PD yesterday. I don’t know if this is her but my prayers go out to whoever this is and their family.
