As we witness daily, there are strange people out and about
which confirms my belief human cloning has to remain illegal.

Yeah, things are good, am some what mellow these days.
Surprisingly, have never had to rent a backhoe.
Do agree with biden on home defense, a shotgun.
If ever did get one would be partial to 12ga hollow points.
2x4s and drywall are cheap.

You know there is a place in the Carquinez Strait where there’ a hole about 80′ deep and the tide is really strong thru there… water swirls around in crazy directions. I’ll bet there are some monster sturgeon down there but it’s too deep to fish or anchor, but I’ve always felt that if I ever needed to get rid of something I did not want anyone to ever find…. that’s the spot.

@DR. JELLYFINGER…..I think I know the place of which you speak. Buddy and me tried fishing the hole early one morning. Out going tide was ripping and we put 1 lb. round lead weights on our line. My buddy leaned back and tried winging it in that hole. The weight hit me in the back of the head when he cast. First time I had literally “seen lights”, almost knocked me out and I had a “goose egg” from it a long time…..and NO bites!!

Once caught a 14′ 300 pound Sturgeon of the slag pile @ Selby. They get some big ones near that bridge.

Don’t overthink it OG. 00 buck from a factory, almost any brand you heard of is fine. Start getting cute with loads, the DA may start getting cute with ‘intent’. Your lawyer will have enough to do to trying to protect you from nonsense.
Remington makes a reduced recoil 00 that’s pretty popular.

I have a prediction that will come true when they tell more.

Is it possible to have hollow points in a shot gun? I thought shot guns just shot shot, not bullets.

All kinds of slugs and sabots are available (deer hunters mostly use them) best bet for self defense is buckshot.

… and slugs

Nope – look up “rifled slugs”. Don’t know about hollow points, though.

Search using, 12ga hollow points ballistic gel youtube

i watched Biden explaining on TV that he had a double barreled shotgun at home . He told his wife to load it if there was a home invasion and fire two shots outside and the cops would come.

He has advised his wife to commit a misdemeanor and left her with an empty gun.

shotguns are way better now with rifled barrels and it is essentially an 18.5 mm bullet when you use a slug and im sure they make them hollow now.

The first part of my theory came true,to a “T”

The second part of my theory came half way true because it was not a crime involving a vehicle, but weed,Modern times i guess.

A follow up with any details would be greatly appreciated when information becomes available. This is a pleasant area without through traffic that a lot of people go walking in. It would be good to know if this was targeted between parties known to each other or a random shooting of strangers.

Low- income housing brings this stuff every time.

A second part of my theory is that where there is alot of apts and condos there is alot of cars to break into and steal and someone was caught in the act.

OK to clarify this matter. Apparently, this was a cannabis delivery, and the driver was followed. The persons tried to rob the delivery driver. The person that it was being delivered too was carrying and unloaded on the attempted robbery. Hitting one while the other got away. You will see if the actual truth comes out. This is what happened and its facts!!!!!

*******PRESS RELEASE UPDATE 3/20/24*******
The second person shot during Tuesday’s incident on Twinbridge Circle has died in the hospital as a result of his injuries.
The identities of the two decedents are Pleasant Hill resident Peter Popovich, 63, and San Pablo resident Trevon Davis, 21. Pleasant Hill Police investigators have confirmed Popovich and Davis did not know one another.
This case is now being investigated as an attempted robbery resulting in homicide.
Investigators determined the victim, Peter Popovich, worked in the legal cannabis industry. The company he worked for sells packaging materials for the legal distribution and sales of cannabis. Earlier in the day, Popovich had been working in his capacity as a delivery driver, delivering packaging materials to Bay Area cannabis distributors.
At this time, the facts of this investigation indicate that Popovich was targeted for robbery by Trevon Davis and at least one other suspect while he was standing near his van parked on Twinbridge Circle. Both the suspects and Popovich were armed, leading to an exchange of gunfire. During this altercation, both Popovich and Davis were shot multiple times. At least one other suspect immediately fled the scene and, at this time, has not been identified. No arrest has been made.
Pleasant Hill Police investigators determined Popovich used his own firearm during the incident. Popovich’s firearm was recovered at the scene. Popovich possessed a valid permit to carry a concealed weapon which was issued by the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office.
During the initial investigation, witnesses told investigators they heard the shooting and then saw a vehicle fleeing the scene. Currently, there is no information to share regarding the suspect vehicle.
This incident remains an active investigation. Any person with information related to this crime is encouraged to contact the Pleasant Hill Police Investigations Bureau at (925) 288-4630.

Thank you for the longer more clear version of my story. As I said FACTS!!!!!!!

Thank you very much for that update. Rest in peace to Mr Popovich. No such wishes for his deceased assailant.

What a waste. When they catch Mr Davis’ partner, I hope he gets put away for the rest of his life.

Or better yet, the perp resists and is disposed of the 9 mm way.

Cameras will tell the tale, from the time Davis got in the car till he got shot, his buddy will be charged with murder twice for being involved in a crime where 2 people died
