Seems like there must be more to the story. Do the police really spend such resources trying to find a teenager who is drunk. She could be anywhere – friends house, in a car, etc. It isn’t an amber alert. How many teenagers in the area get drunk every weekend?

That said, I do hope she is safe… just thinking there is more to this story and would like the police to explain why this case gets what seems to be extraordinary effort.

Suspected intoxication and near freezing overnight temperatures would be cause for concern. I can see why people are actively looking for her. Hopefully she is cozied up with friends.

Has there been any updates? My heart breaks to hear this news at this time of year. Hopefully we’ll get some more news and it’s positive.
I’m sure glad my kids are ALL grown up and things like this aren’t at the top of my mind any longer.
