The following is from the Contra Costa County Health Department:

At 1:18pm, we were notified of an accidental release of petroleum coke dust from the Martinez refinery with potential offsite impacts. We are sending out our Hazmat Team to assess community impact.

How many “accidental releases” before they are accidentally shutdown permanently?

@DR. JELLYFINGER….Not a big fan either but he’s had a couple of funny scenes in his movies, that being one.
