Typical, two are actually working while everybody else stands around.
yeah….let me guess: two workers, one on-shift supervisor for labor, a union rep, a safety monitor, two guys to direct traffic around them, one engineer, a public relations rep. Yep…that’s nine.
CCWD reports that 14 to 15 homes remain out of service during repair of break caused by PG & E contractor.
Nine guys, two shovels. Maybe it’s a union meeting. 😝
… and we wonder why our bills are so high…. sigh
