I totally dislike computers. Not tech savvy one bit. Always hit roadblocks.
It drives my Hubby nuts because I just don’t get it.
Thank God he likes my cooking, … 🙂
A skill I would love to develop instantly would be the ability to read the opponents I am playing against in NL Texas Hold ‘Em, particularly in the setting of WSOP.

Did you ask for a list?
1. Do tensor matrix manipulation in my head.
2. Speak fluent Mandarin. I mean really fluent.
3. Get up only once to pee at night.
4. Not smell other people’s stank breath.
5. No one’s super powers work on or near me.
6. Keep my lists to five items or less.
🙃
Standard Chinese is the official language of China, one of almost 300 languages spoken there. Admittedly, standard is based on classical Mandarin, but it is by no means Mandarin. Ask anyone who speaks it. Or try’s to.
Your mastery of culture is a shining example for us all, by no means do I wish to discourage future insightful contributions. Please continue to share. 🙂
It is not. I pick a nit when I think of tensors. Tensors can be used in an utterly cooridibnate free multilinear maps. Coordinate free matrices are usually called linear maps between two vectors. If you figure a coordinate-free treatment of both topics, then tensors are multilinear maps, generalizing linear maps. If you think of both topics using coordinates, then matrices are tensors with one covariant and one covariant index. So your point is not entirely invalid as far as terminology, but its usage, it’s the abstract where it gets fascinating.
This is cool, don’t usually get to get to talk about stuff like this on Claycord. Thanks Bill Bob.

To invest well, and the skill/knowledge to know how to successfully play with options/shorts.
To invest well, hire a machine that can learn. Oh, wait, everyone’s already using them.

I’d like to learn to:
1. read weather conditions, water conditions – for storms, wind, changes, etc.
2. scout and track, like traditional First Nations/Native American scouts, Cavalry scouts
3. grow a large, delicious food and cooking herbs garden
4. walk ultra long distances on trails (comfy recliner is protesting in the background)

I love music. I love guitars in rock and roll. I love jazz, but don’t care for guitars in jazz.
However, in rock and roll and folk music I love guitar. I watch music videos on Youtube, and am baffled how someone can figure out how to move their fingers to get the right sound. Just to name a few Eric Clapton, Robbie Robertson, Rick Danko, Chuck Berry, Bruce Springsteen, many others.

I didn’t chime in the other day and I see many want to learn a new language. I had about 4 years of French back in the days when they didn’t seem to know how to teach a language so it was hard. French teachers were into the culture and earning money to spend summer vacation in France. These days there are tricks and methods to learn a language easier. I also studied Sanskrit so know a smattering of Hindi. Keep trying to get on with my Spanish courses.
Learning instantly would be great but be careful they’ll figure out how to imprint it into your brain the way things are going.

That last one’s the big challenge….
Truth.
‘tensor matrix’ is like saying ‘ATM machine’
