The following information is from the Pleasant Hill Police Dept.:

Last night, our officers were investigating some suspects concealing merchandise at Kohl’s, which ultimately led them to learn that one of the suspects (Marcus Griffin of Oakley, 32) had a felony warrant. After arresting Griffin, these items were found in his car, which included a bag of 890 Oxycodone pills, psilocybin, ammunition and some burglary tools. Griffin was ultimately booked into jail on multiple charges, including suspicion of drug sales.

Oxy and shrooms? Positively old fashioned. Compared to what’s out there, this guy’s a regular boyscout.

That’s fentanyl, blues colored and stamped as 30 ml percocet. It’s a dirty game

He sells drugs but he’s so broke he has to shoplift?
He’s doing it wrong.

The users smoke them.

What an amateur . . . . .
Criminals on our streets should be on either probation or parole,
have a warrant, a previous felony conviction, firearms, drugs and a stolen vehicle.
.
Gets 1/2 credit for the ammo
.
Considering it’s CoCo county you’ll be back out in no time on probation to try it again.

Hey marcus, ya got a high school diploma ? ? ? ?

He was probably out on the street before the arresting officer finished their shift

A rare case where having ammunition, but no gun probably saved his life.

He’s been arrested before and is out on the streets. And I’m sure he’s out on the streets once again flying his trade. How many thousand chances do you liberal judges and DAs want to give these criminals? I honestly wish that you would be there next victims so you can see what it feels like.

Concealing merchandise?

Shoplifting by concealing merchandise. If you’re in a store and conceal merchandise on your person you can be arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise even if you never leave the store.

Giving Kohls a bad name and making people shop elsewhere.

KOHL’S outrageous prices make me shop elsewhere.
