I usually say, “to each, their own,” and “live, and let live.” But not when it comes to the lives of innocent children. This whole thing is sick, it seems to me that there is a very small amount of the population that have a severe unhealthy and morbid way of thinking. Some of these sickos were elected into politics and are now passing laws, and trying to convince Americans that their way of thinking is normal. Maybe these sickos should open up their own toy stores so only the sick parents that agree with them can shop there, that way, normal healthy parents don’t have to be exposed to such a diseased way of life.
Big Government should stay the hell out of it, and leave it up to the stores to decide. That way, we would know which stores are owned and operated by the WOKE sickos, and which stores are not, and us normal folks can steer clear of them.

Government overreach for sure. Maybe worry a little more about underfunded schools, school crossing guards shortages, affordable healthcare, and affordable housing to support children if you really care about their well being. Equal rights are important but the time for virtue signaling is over. There are very serious problems in the state that are harming all children equally. This is a clear signal that the politicians do not intend to help children at all.
California politicians don’t benefit from helping children. They fund-raise and win elections by pandering to California’s out-of-control, but powerful and rich, grievance industry, the California Teachers Association, and radical fringe elements that use lawyers to bully and intimidate businesses, schools, parents, and local communities.

Retail stores have trouble competing as it is; they can’t afford dead shelf space. However as we know, California is not especially sympathetic to business. The mass exodus is a clear reflection of this. However as long as Gavin Newsom believes all this LGBTQ stuff is stylish, he’ll continue to force it on the public at large.
The law doesn’t seem to require any LGBT stuff or lifestyle propaganda – only that there be a place with both male and female toys sit on the same shelf. Still an overreach though

I have my lawyers ready. Suing stores who put a toy in the wrong section or what part of the store they placed the gender neutral section. It should give me retirement money. Now the government needs an oversight committee to classify toys. I like how this government spends my money on such critical issues.
