The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office has charged a Concord man with murder for the fatal stabbing of his grandmother earlier this month, police and prosecutors said Wednesday.
Fabian Gonzalez Cruz, 23, allegedly stabbed his grandmother, 69-year-old Josefina Gonzalez, in the family’s home on Dec. 5.
A District Attorney’s Office spokesperson said Gonzalez is being held in county jail in lieu of $1 million bail. His next court hearing is scheduled for Jan. 10 in Contra Costa County Superior Court in Richmond.
33 and still livin with grandma
Well he will now reside in the federal penitentiary.
if grandma is 69,mom is maybe 49 and he is 33?
Why does this matter?
It matters there’s a natural sequence of personal milestones (ie, broadly, foundational education, occupational skill attainment, financial stability, marriage and THEN childbirth) that empirically promotes productive social and economic participation in society.
Notwithstanding some laudable bootstrapping exceptions, families that deviate from this sequence across generations are more likely to spawn antisocial, economically stunted and criminal offspring.
Very few people born to married, educated, employed and financially parents murder their grandmothers.
Article says he is 23. Not 33.
they edited it.it said your relative was 33 at first.
