An officer administered 2 doses of Narcan and placed the subject in the recovery position. The subject regained consciousness and was transported to a local hospital for further treatment. 2312-1372 L19 243.35 PC, 647(f) PC Arrest, Prohibition Order Issued – El Cerrito Del Norte Station12/19/2023 0017 hours Lakoshia Revette Nash (04/21/1969 Richmond) was detained for assaulting someone. Nash was arrested on the listed charges and booked into Martinez Detention Facility. She was issued a prohibition order. 2312-1371 L19 369i PC and 148(a)(1) PC Arrest – 24th Street Station12/18/2023 2137 hours Christian Perez (10/09/92, SF) was contacted for jumping into the trackway. Perez was arrested for the listed charges. Perez did not have proper fare. Perez was arrested and transported to San Francisco CJ1. 2312-1362 L19 647(f) PC Arrest – MacArthur Station12/18/2023 1730 hours Rashad Lee (11/02/78 oo Stockton) was contacted for fare evading into the station. Lee was arrested for the listed charge and transported to the Santa Rita Jail. Lee did not have proof of payment. 2312-1326 L19 594(b)(1) PC, 422(a) PC, 417(a)(1) PC, 1203.2(a) PC Arrest – Downtown Berkeley Station12/18/23 1408 hours Shanna Coleman (09/05/1978, Oakland) was contacted in the free area and was taken into custody. COLEMAN was booked into the Alameda County Jail in Dublin for the listed charges. Coleman was issued a prohibition order. 2312-1318 L11 21310 PC, 22810 PC, 1203.2 PC Arrest – MacArthur Station12/18/2023 1258 hours Nedra FRANKLIN (09/19/1958, Transient) was taken into custody and will be booked booked into the Alameda County jail in Dublin for the above listed charges, upon being medically cleared from a local hospital. Given the number of BART stations and that the list covered 4 days, it’s hardly long, but BART now thinks their daily arrest lists will bring travelers back to BART. NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH BART!!! The bankruptcy of BART will be here soon enough.
It’s no fun without a Penal Code cheat sheet.
Yet additional proof of the quality of criminals you get to ride with on bart.

they should build a new bart track right upto a volcano and the train drops down into the volcanic lava as a sacrifice to the volcano gods

It will be interesting to see how much these arrests decrease, once the New Entry systems are in place… Hopefully.. A LOT..

had to ride bart the other day (Sat)….. man had a loose pet rat eating out of his mouth, same Armenian woman walking back and forth with a baby panhandling, someone sleeping (homeless) reeking of piss made for a charming ride.
