This is why DUI check points, and saturation patrols, are a huge waste of time and money. The police should be on the look out for impaired, and distracted drivers 24/7. I don’t know why the driver left the scene, but if I were a betting man, I’d bet he or she, (or they if you are a lib) was drunk.
Or had no license or insurance.
My wife and I saw the immediate aftermath. He was definitely drunk, tried to run away on foot and was chased and held down by 3 bystanders, you could smell the alcohol from 10 feet away. Cops cuffed him as soon as they showed up
And I bet this was not that person’s first DUI. We just keep releasing them.
Hello B. Police are seeking witnesses to the incident and it’s aftermath. Are you able to contact them?

The report says it was a hit and run resulting in the fatality of a senior citizen on Thanksgiving. Where is the outrage? Is this just OK now? There are cameras at those corners. Should have been an arrest by now. That person’s name and picture should be on the news by now.
Well, we know they weren’t white anyway.
Diversity is our strength………
Cops and local politicians don’t give a sheet about catching the criminals!
