Helicopter Alert: The helicopter that has been flying and occasionally circling, in parts of the Diablo Valley today, is operated by a gas pipeline survey contractor.
These inspections are conducted annually, in compliance with California law with regard to any gas pipeline that’s older than 10 years.

Pipe Survey = Big Brother, they seem to looking in yards to see what people are growing.

looks like it’s headed back to the barn….
I saw it from afar and it looked like it was hovering over Monument Blvd. Didn’t know Monument had gas pipelines. Kinder Morgan seems to be the owner of these pipelines.
I wonder what they think they’ll see that wouldn’t be on GoogleMaps. Them puppies ain’t cheap to run.
