Contra Costa County residents and businesses can help the County update its emergency preparedness plans by participating in a voluntary online questionnaire.
Feedback from the confidential 10-minute survey will enable Contra Costa County Office of Emergency Services to better serve residents and businesses before, during, and after an emergency or disaster.
“Your feedback will help us improve our emergency preparedness and response efforts,” said Board Chair John Gioia, District 1 Supervisor. “The safety of our community is one of our most important priorities.”
Those who live or work in Contra Costa County are encouraged to share their experiences, knowledge, and concerns about local hazards by participating in the brief questionnaire. The survey is available in English and Spanish. To complete the questionnaire, please go to:

The questionnaire will remain open until January 30, 2024.
Information provided in Contra Costa County’s community preparedness questionnaire will help the County and local communities create strategies and implement actions to reduce future risk of death, injuries, and property damage from hazards.
After reviewing the survey, it looks as if the county doesn’t know what it is, where it is, or the prevailing weather.
That’s reassuring.

What does any county citizen’s ethnicity or income do with saving lives?
You see Abe they have all of our money and they need to spend it on something. I would bet this survey costs a couple hundred grand.
