• Falcon Pl. Violate Court Order; Obstruct/Resist Public/Peace Officer. A 24-year-old Clayton resident was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking. (10/17/23 – 2238 hrs.)
• 5400 Clayton Rd. Touch Person Intimately Against Will For Sexual Arousal/Etc. A 25-year-old transient male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (10/19/23 – 1719 hrs.)
