This little known permanent memorial to the victims of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 is inside Memory Gardens Memorial Park off Arnold Industrial Way in Concord.
Visit it if you get a chance, it’s nice.

Cute little out of the way park. Does it get any traffic? Looks like a good place to eat lunch for all of the industrial businesses surrounding it.

That’s funny I didn’t bring Google maps in close enough. One more click and I would have seen the grave stones.
Should be somewhere more obvious. Like the The memorial for the Sun Valley Mallplane crash is almost impossible to find.
