That is a cumulonimbus cloud (aka a thunder cloud)!!
I just checked the WeatherBug app, and see that there is some showers and some lightning strikes on the hills to the south of Pleasanton/Livermore!! I am sorry that I cannot figure out how to share them.
Praying that the lighting strikes don’t start any fires!!
