Walnut Creek police are looking for a 73-year-old man who speaks limited English and was last seen Saturday.
Boris Popov is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 178 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a hiking hat, grey vest, t-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
Popov was last seen leaving his residence in the 300 block of North Civic Drive about 2 p.m. Saturday. He left on foot and left behind his wallet and keys. Popov speaks Russian and very little English, police said.
