With all the road work, wouldn’t it be easier to just tell us which roads DON’T have disruptions?
So they are repaying parts of Concord Blvd? I understand the Department of Public Works has scheduled roads to work on each year, but maybe…just maybe do you think someone in the City must suggest the stretch of road from Highway 4 to the downtown area on Willow Pass? That part has Not been paved in at least 20 years! I swear there are better roads in Ukraine. Concord Blvd is actually fairly drivable compared to Willow Pass.

The Concord City Council has said they’re not going to do anything with that section of Willow Pass Road until the CNWS is developed because they want the developer to pay for putting in a 4-lane roadway, with bike lanes, and streetside parking for the townhouses that’ll one day line Willow Pass Road.
Cannot recall seeing more road projects countywide than over the past week.
Spending the COVID money before it expires???
