Contra Costa County Public Works will be repairing pavement base failures, as needed, and applying a pavement surface treatment on various residential roads in the Bay Point area.
Work will begin on Monday July 31, 2023, through Tuesday October 31, 2023, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Work will occur between 7:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Funding for this project is provided by the California Gas Tax.

Let’s’ hope sideshow drivers catch a repaired pavement lip while doing donuts. Ka-BANG!!! It”ll be quite a noise when a wheel or axle snaps.

Every dog has its day. But the proposed work isn’t a full repave – only spot repairs so Bay Point residents and business shouldn’t get their hopes up…. it is under County jurisdiction after all where substandard and mediocre standards and oversight is normal.

If CoCo County were to get an enema, the hose will be inserted into Bay Point.
