The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory beginning Friday morning and lasting through Saturday night.

Expect temperatures into the 90s for most locations away from the coast, up to 100-107 for inland areas.

Moderate Heat Risk also exists for many inland areas, meaning those sensitive to the heat, especially those without effective cooling and hydration, will be most affected.

Feeling guilty about my part in climate change. I’ve used gas powered mowers, gasoline powered cars, I eat meat occasionally, my thermostat has been set below 78 ( until it became unaffordable), I don’t have solar. Please forgive me. Looking forward to the government solving it. LOL

I think 115 degrees was those most I felt. I could bear it for about 20 minutes before I had to jump in the pool.

So now clothes will dry quickly and we’ll save a bundle by not using our electric dryers … right?

A while back I had the heating element go out on my dryer. Waiting for a new one to arrive just ran the dryer on fluff dry as it was hot enough to the garage air where the dryer is to dry the clothes. Appliances nowadays despite their warnings are pretty easy to fix and plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it.

I will be getting my eggs ready for a sidewalk omelet

My car thermometer said 123 degrees going over the Altamont yesterday.

It’s summer

Sun so hot I froze to death, Susanna don’t you cry.
