Here’s a photo of the old Concord Community Hospital (now John Muir Concord).

Did you know? Tom Hanks was born at Concord Community Hospital. Hanks was born in Concord on July 9, 1956, but spent the first five years of his childhood on Derby Ct. in Pleasant Hill before moving to Oakland.

Whoopdi Friggin Doo!
Big Deal… the birth place of a snooty actor.

Put up a statue…. I’ll bet $100 he won’t even show up for the unveiling, in fact, he’d probably get a court order banning the use of his likeness in hokey old Concord.

I liked Splash, but not because of Tom Hanks, because of Daryl Hannah. She was such a joy, and awfully nice to look at.
