Prayers Up….Turn yourselves in.

The Judge will understand the circumstances. Turn yourselves in. It can be resolved: IMMEDIATELY. <————

Hopefully the street cameras can pick up a license plate of the car that fled. Or the person responsible turns themselves in. May the innocent pedestrian make a full recovery.
