I witness theft everyday. At my job and just being out and about. So this log you see is a bunch of b.s. so, since committing a crime is legal now, there are no penalties. I just found out that there is a 3 strike law on dui’s. DUI’s are now a misdemeanor until you kill someone. God help us! Concord was wrongfully and fabricated the happiest place in the country to live??? Another lie from the satanic politicians in this city. County, and state!
It would be nice to have auto break ins and thefts as well
