The National Weather Service (NWS) said Sunday’s cooler temperatures and wind will continue into Monday, as a chance of rain will persist most of the week, beginning Monday.
The NWS said wind gusts nearly hit 60 mph in the East Bay hills Sunday afternoon.
Forecasters say not to expect atmospheric river conditions, but a late season upper-level low pressure system that will drop down the California coast.
