- 5400 Clayton Rd. Receive/Etc. Known Stolen Property; Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; Probation Violation. A 40-year-old transient male, along with a 36-year transient female, were arrested after officers responded to a call for service. They were transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
