Jeez.
.
I hope working folk have a battery backup for their alarm clocks!
.
A power outage is a valid excuse if ya wanna arrive late at the office!

Just think if your home was all electric… no lights, no warm morning bath, no morning coffee, no hot breakfast.
.
And you wonder why real Americans are against all-electric mandates by their local draconian elected officials.

Oh!, and the electric car(s) didn’t get charged either with power outage.
Thinking there needs to be a wake-up call now, that this plan isn’t going to work out too well.
The issue to remove gas & oil in Cailfornia will impact more than missing that hot cup of coffee.

And wait toll So Cal Edison and PGE ram through their base electricity charge based on income through the PUC. Will be time to consider getting completely “off-the-grid”.

Good luck trying to go off grid….they are already ahead of everyone……if you’re on city water or in city limits = you’ll be required to be on grid.
And as for this new ‘woke’ flat rate crap – not enough people are SPEAKING UP.
Too many people sitting in the stands sadly.

… should be on by now.. right?

.
Given how fast PGE crews work, maybe during the weekend.
.

Nope. Still out.

These utility companies remind me of the moguls of the 1800s. You know, like the ones who wanted to turn Yosemite into an amusement park that John Muir fought against. Such slime are still around today taking advantage of situations to make unfair profits. PG&E especially should have been broken up into several regional public utilities. They can’t even keep their billing straight.
.
Can’t do much about bad drivers who run into utility poles (unless it was mechanical failure or a vaxxident).

Haaa, Haaa …. He said “VAXXIDENT” LOL
