**thanks to Gerard G. for the video of the crash (ABOVE)**

Two juveniles were arrested on Monday morning in Pittsburg after they crashed into a wall during a stolen vehicle pursuit, according to the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff.

Deputies attempted to stop the stolen vehicle at the San Marco Blvd. exit on eastbound hwy.4 around 11:40 a.m. The vehicle did not yield, leading deputies on a pursuit.

The driver of the stolen vehicle could not negotiate a turn and ran into a wall at the intersection of San Marco Blvd. and Rio Verde Circle.

The driver and the passenger surrendered without incident.

I’m a little surprised. I seem to remember hearing somewhere that ” Walls don’t work.”

If my car is ever stolen, I sure hope the cops don’t chase the guy. I’d be awfully pissed off if it was damaged.

I bet their parents are proud

It takes three auto thefts as a minor to get booked into Juvenile Hall. That was the policy in 2005 my retired insider said. It’s probably more now.

Bay Point residents at it again.

BUT, But, but, they always won when they played the video game . . . . . .

I’m surprised that it seems the kids put their seat belts on. I expected to see stars or snowflakes on the windshield but there were none. The driver looks like a girl which is likely why the cops allowed her to walk all the way back rather than first securing her on the ground.
