It doesn’t matter who is in charge of landscaping, pruning, cutting trees down and whatnot it happened you can’t cut down and prune every tree down to nothing to keep it from toppling over in the wind storm.
Some people call it an act of god, some people call it when your time is up it’s up and there’s nothing you can do about it and some people don’t call it anything but fate.
A sad story, I know a few people that lives out there, although not in touch with all of them. As for when your time is up, my cousin in Denmark wanted very badly to become a pilot, against his parents wishes. He applied and was accepted, (trained in Texas and Arizona) he was told the percentages of pilots killed during the training, his answer: When my time is up, my time is up. This was in the late fifties, he went on fly for SAS, becoming one their youngest captains, he was studying to fly the 747 when he tripped, fell down 3 flights of stairs and were killed at age 38.

Another Eucalyptus kills a motorist in heavy winds. Seems to be a pattern in California. The tree in question is on Stanley Dollar Dr, just east of Rossmoor Event Center. It’s on the east bank of Tice Creek adjacent to the golf course.
How sad. Praying for family and all affected.
How terrifying for those poor people!
Is the home owner responsible for pruning trees on the property? Or is the city responsible?

@ANONYMOUS…..Eucalyptus trees only have about a hundred year lifespan…..then they fall over.
