How much is the City , County , State , and Feds going fine them for a false alarm ?

Continued lack of transparency is a red flag. Did someone accidently press a button? Was there an excess emission of some kind – that upon further examination turned out not to be hazardous?

Given the refinery’s recent track record, its hard to just dismissive these issues.

They have been shut down through most of the pandemic. I don’t think you know squat about their record.

PC: You’re not from Martinez are you? The layer of toxic ash spewed across the town tells me all I need to know about their safety record. After not alerting the citizens to the toxic ash and then several more incidents, I think this refinery is close to being fined out of existence – justifiably so.

The toxic ash came from the Martinez Refinery incident, not Marathon.

I happened to be driving by the refinery and there was indeed a substance spewing from the stacks. ????

Which refinery are you talking about? Marathon is converting to making Biofuel. The refinery, formerly Shell, is the only one you can drive past, Get your facts straight!
