Effective Thursday, March 9, 2023, all Pittsburg Parks, including dog parks are closed until further notice.
City staff will assess park conditions after the storm has passed to determine when parks will re-open.
High winds and saturated ground can cause falling trees and branches, which can cause injury and create safety hazards.
When parks are reopened, visitors are encouraged to be mindful of conditions and exercise caution in the parks.
I can’t see many people going to any parks in Pittsburg no matter what the weather.
Yea I did say that…
People should be smart enough to use caution everyday but , here’s your sign ……
Go to the park get locked up . Or worse. I’m dead
In Pittsburgh Parks I would be more comcerned about a rain of bullets, and a hail of gunfire.
Climate Lockdowns…….under a different name!
And look at people here saying going to a park is a Jailable Offense.
You’ve truly lost your way!!
Some people should be prohibited from going to parks all the time. There are some who do not know how to live in a civilized society and just leave their trash everywhere. Their 3rd world culture ruins the parks for everyone.
