MISSING PERSON –
Police in Concord are asking for the public’s assistance in locating an at-risk missing adult.
Kevin Chandler went missing around the area of the Veranda Shopping Center on Diamond Blvd. today around 3pm.
Mr. Chandler is considered to be at risk due to a medical condition.
He is a 44 yr old black male, approximately 6’9” tall and 230 lbs.
He was last seen wearing navy-blue hooded sweatshirt and blue sweatpants.
