A major injury vehicle collision in Concord is under investigation.
The crash occurred on Monument Blvd. near Oak Grove Rd. at about 11:50 p.m on Friday.
One individual was initially pinned under the vehicle, but officers and likely helpful citizens were able to lift the vehicle off of the individual.
The condition of those involved in the crash is unknown at this time.
A driver in a Tesla took out the light pole/EB left turn signal just before 10 PM last night, at Carriage Drive. The intersection lights are now on 4-way flash, if you want to avoid delays it’s going to back up during high traffic hours.
When the pole was knocked down it was blocking the 2 left EB lanes leaving only the RD lane open. The car stopped about 200′ or so down the road and the driver bailed out. I don’t know if WCPD got him or not.
The CIty better not leave it for weeks like the one taht happened at Bancroft and Ygnacio near Park Lake apts.
They always bail because they’re high on something and no education . brought in by Gavin to eat our tax dollars up.
That should buff out. 😏
have an old can of Bondo in the garage; I’ll donate it to the cause…
🙂
My Dad’s a TV Repairman. He has the ultimate set of tools. I can fix the car.
Thank you Jeff Spicoli! 😎
I’d just like to point out that I refrained from making any stupid comments on this one…still trying to make good on my new years resolution.
