An Alamo man accused of possessing more than 100 fentanyl pills and selling them made his first appearance in federal court on Tuesday, according to an announcement from the Department of Justice.

Prosecutors allege that Ozymandias Troy Watson, 18, possessed 130 “M30” pills containing fentanyl with intent to distribute them, and that he also provided pills to someone who subsequently died of an overdose.

If convicted of intent to distribute fentanyl, Watson is looking at a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison.

👎 & Throw away the key.

May actually do time because of two words.
FEDERAL COURT

Yet Alec Baldwin can shoot two people, kill one, and face zero prison time

So, Why did the 22 year old guy who gave a 14 year old fake Xanax (which was fentanyl) and killed her……… WHY DID HE ONLY GET 8 YEARS?

Every drug dealer you catch has killed someone. Not everyone is going to have a BART officer administer narcan. So charge them all with murder.

Alamo? Not a chance. I didn’t think section 8 was allowed in Alamo. Probably his daddy hooked up with some divocee.

Rich kids like drugs, too.
Probably more than most kids in the projects. They just get second (and third) chances.

This kid did us a favor: One less filthy bum drooling on BART!

Hope he don’t waste away in Club Fed because some junkie loser OD’d.

What projects?

Too bad about the federal charges because if it were state charges, he could plead it down and get 5 years and be out in 2.
