Oh, if we could only go back in time to those much better times before social media platforms took hold!
Those days were such great times and communities and people were so much more cohesive and connected.
Also, our roads weren’t littered with debris and potholes as many are today.
1991 downtown WC was good – but now? high rise, high density housing, too much traffic, not enough parking, “deferred maintenance” on just about everything to bring in more revenue… no thanks…. I go elsewhere to spend my $$ – they did it to themselves unfortunately

1991 was when I moved from Washington to Walnut Creek. Yes, times were simpler then but don’t say that to a millennial because they’ll wonder what you’re talking about. After all there were no smartphones though I got my first cellphone in 1993. Barely used it though.
