Well done Law Enforcement.
Next we get to see how vigorously DA’s office, DOES THEIR JOB ! ? ? ? ?
.
The MSU gunman who killed three students in a senseless spree on Monday should have been banned from buying guns after being charged with a felony in 2019 – but a woke prosecutor lowered the offense to a misdemeanor.

.
Woke costs lives.
.
There are persons walking our streets with zero empathy for their fellow man, who do NOT belong in society.

She filed MURDER charges under penal code 187. How much more vigor do you want?

BTW, when LEOs actually work up the evidence, follow procedures and adhere to constitutional contours to present a colorable case, prosecutors file charges.

See how that works?

Holding LEOs accountable for heeding the law does not make a prosecutor “woke,” whatever that means.

“constitutional contours to present a colorable case” … Are you a first year law student.?

That prosecutor may have filed murder charges, but she allowed it to be reduced to a misdemeanor. Please explain, as the LE expert you are, how this is the fault of the LEO?

I am always curious as to how someone can be so much of a cop hater.

As for the definition of “woke”, try looking in a mirror. One accepted definition is for when people will not take accountability for their actions and blame everything on the color of skin or social standing. Those people believe that ‘pulling yourself up by you bootstraps’ is unacceptable and that the government should pay for everyone to be the same, regardless of the effort put in by the person receiving the benefits. These same people usually blame Law Enforcement Officers for being mean, rude, power hungry folks who should not be enforcing the law on everyone, only on those that don’t fit the woke agenda.

Don’t let the heart tattoo on the neck fool you.
Poor baby. ..and only 19 years old. How many more will he kill?

13

“….arrested on an unrelated matter in Orinda”.
I wonder what that was and what he was doing there? Another potential murder? Thank you law enforcement for being on the ball!

14

Probably just hiding out…doesn’t he blend right in with the Orinda snooties?

Carjacking, felony evading and violating probation.

.
A neck or face tattoo means you will be a burden on society.
.
Ta-dah.
.
The prosecution rests.

As they should post his picture. He is a POS in this society and we don’t need people like him running around. I bet you think it’s racist huh?

12

Good job LE! …. Becton – make it a no-bail arrest please… thank you Claycord for the name & picture

10

Serious thank you to law enforcement, 1 less pos in our community

Prevent gun violence, put this pos away for life.

Bring back the death penalty and put him at the front of the line.

I can think of more people who deserve to be at the front of the line than this guy.
