As we previously reported in May of 2022, the large building under construction on Evora Rd. near Willow Pass Rd. in Concord will be a private storage facility and a private museum, according to county records. Mast climber specialists are overseeing the construction progress, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process.

Records show the owner, Albert Seeno Jr., has stated an intent to utilize the warehouse for personal storage of artifacts and taxidermy.

The facility will be about 90,000 square feet.

.
It’s gaudy.
.
It’s Seeno’s monument to himself.

Here I thought it was a new theater.

A great view, for the dead animals overlooking the valley.

Part of the (disappearing) freedoms of being an American. I agree it is not the most appealing looking building, but at least this building is not for multi-unit dwellings.

You mean multi unit buildings without parking?

I’ve got a Corvette and some “top secret” documents I was hoping to store there. I will only need the storage until I get my laptop back from being repaired, then I’m getting the heck out of this country!

No joke, come on man!

where else would they hide the bodies? great purchase

When it was first starting to show its size I was hoping for a theater. Storage for artifacts and taxidermy?

How cool! Stuff all the beautiful and innocent animals that you murdered and put them on display. He’s the Charles Manson of wildlife.

@Amy
You’re right, Amy, IT IS COOL. It’s cool that he has the freedom to buy property and build on it. It’s HIS money. And you’re comparing him to Manson? SHAME ON YOU!!!

Sorry Amy, murder is the killing of one human being by another. Of course you’re free to disapprove of the killing of animals for sustenance, sport or any other reason, but calling it murder is absurd.

Enjoying taking anythings life is disgusting. It’s a psychological problem.

.Mohr – if the enjoyment is derived from the killing, I agree with you. If the enjoyment is derived from providing for oneself and family there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Its a fitting bookend to his mansion in the Clayton hills. I’m sure he was hoping to be able to sit on the porch with his thumbs tucked in his belt and look out over his vast new development project at the former CNWB.

100% – plus he thought the fix was in for Seeno with Concord City Council at CNWS. But then McGallian lost his incumbent council seat, largely due his support of Seeno. And Seeno, McGallian, council, and staff were surprised by their loss of the necessary third vote, which shows you just how little they are paying attention to the public or what is best for Concord. Keep your eyes open.

.
It was put forth to the County as a “warehouse n storage facility”.
.
It is obvious based on Seeno’s practices that it will evolve to something more like an event center and the like.
.
… wait for it.

Exit 12A, OH, you’ve got that right. Seeno’s don’t do anything that they will not benefit from down the road.

Here’s the thing about his “hunting” trophies. Does anyone really think he/they went out and actually hunted any of those animals??? Hell NO. He “paid” guides (like Seeno’s pay everyone) to take him out to a herd who were minding their own business and shot them while they were docilly standing by minding their own business, how chicken poop is that!!! I mean were talking he’s planning on housing bodies of HUGE animals like elephants. He probably took the ivory along with him which is suppose to be outlawed.

Ah a new place to display Don Jr and Eric’s trophies. Shall we introduce them?

Don Jr. and his brother Eric are trophy hunters too. Shame on them.

Really..you people actually care about this or anything Seeno has or is going to do?
You people seriously need to get over it already..

The floor plan is available at https://www.contracosta.ca.gov/DocumentCenter/View/73873/CDDP21-03037-ZA-Staff-Report-web on page 26. I think it will be open to the public as it’s laid out much like a normal museum.

@ WC RESIDENT~
Yes, I remember looking at the plans on the City of Concord site about 2 years ago.
Seems like there will be a dining room for Events too.

It looks like a museum based on the drawing. From the description, I would like to go and visit.

Yeah yeah, Seeno = bad, I get that. But hey we worship a lot of bad people in todays world, usually by voting the rats into office.

Has P.E.T.A. been notified ?

This is not the 1st nor will it be last time that Seeno will dwindle there way through a loop hole that our government gave him. They are crooks. They have given regular citizen heart attacks and have died from the grief and bullying that they have put on some homeowners

Taxidermy! 😭😭 whadda creep!

So can I assume he can see his warehouse on the hill from his house in Clayton on the hill (Mt. Seeno)?

And likely fly between them both in his leased helicopter.

It will have exotic animal exhibit. It will be like a mini Zoo.

Dead Zoo

That’s how you turn your Big Game Hunting “Hobby” into a write off! I’ve heard there will possibly be an admission fee to look at tge “Storage”?
