A body was recovered from San Francisco Bay near the Ferry Building on Sunday morning, police said.
Authorities responded about 10:10 a.m. Sunday after a body was seen in the water near Embarcadero and Ferry Plaza.
San Francisco Fire Department crews pulled the body from the water and the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Foul play is not suspected in the death and the medical examiner’s office took custody of the body, police said.
