ConFire has concluded water rescue in Antioch with assistance from Antioch Police, the Sheriff’s Office and the Contra Costa Water District.
One victim was treated at scene and released.
The second victim was not located.

Is there a second victim or not. Must not be if they stopped looking. Story is a little incomplete.
Water in canal moves way faster than it looks, sides are slick and angle of sides makes it difficult to impossible to climb out. Fences are too short and easy to climb over.
Wondering how the ended up in the water since it appears to be fenced in?
So, still no info on what actually happened to this/these “victims?”
Any updates on the second victim? Did they go look more today during daylight?
