The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory to go along with the flood warning.
On Wednesday and Thursday, wind gusts are expected to reach 50-mph in the lower elevations, and over 60-mph above 1,000 feet.
This is expected to cause power outages and dangerous conditions, such as downed trees.
Use caution if you’re driving.
