Seems many places; not just fast food, that have this issue don’t close until they are shut down by the health dept.

I was at a favored place a few years back….. the stench was horrible as you walked in…. They said: “Yeah, we know, but the plumbers couldn’t figure it out, so we’re just closing the bathrooms.”

Walked out…. never went back…
