A Brentwood Police Officer on Wednesday was patrolling the area of Sand Creek Road and O’Hara Avenue when he stopped a car for expired registration.

While speaking to the driver, who was identified by police as 42-year-old Alexander Rendon of Brentwood, the officer saw what appeared to be drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

After a further search of the vehicle, the officer allegedly found over 100 suspected Percocet pills, approximately $5,000 in cash, a black digital scale, a cell phone and other drug paraphernalia.

Rule number one in the drug dealer’s handbook, Drug Dealer’s For Dummies, clearly states, do not carry illegal contraband while driving with expired tags.

You may be able to get by with that in San Francisco soon. They want to stop cops from traffic stops for minor things like no current sticker on car. This guy is obviously not to bright.

It looks like a cockroach in the bag of pills. How much does one pill cost? Do they ever go on sale? Money back guarantee
if you keep the receipt? Pill “points” if you are a repeat customer?……anybody?….asking for a friend.

No doubt, the DA will let him out on his own recognizance, and he’ll never show up to court!
