these were lowest bid construction contractor hired by the beloved city of Concord officials…

my fly was at the high school and said each explosion shook the building very hard, they locked down.

By lowest bidder, I’m guessing it was Concord’s favorite contractor – the (red & yellow) trucks.
They ignore All 811/USA markings.
Repeat offenders.

SAM November 16, 2022 - 6:31 PM - 6:31 PM

The all red trucks are good, the all yellow trucks are good and the all gold trucks are good.
.
The red with yellow and red with blue are ghetto junk. You get what you pay for out there.
Bay Cities should have known that line was there before the mixer even started. Trying to do everything is their first mistake. Hows your minority owned ESG score city contract working out in real life? This is probably not the low bidder. That’s not how they do it anymore.
If you don’t know what ESG scores are, time to learn.

11 PG&E workers don’t like that comment. They are probably the 11 guys standing around looking at their phones and “watching” one guy do the work.

James Silva November 17, 2022 - 7:57 AM - 7:57 AM

They haven’t put the final lift of asphalt on yet. They will put the final lift on when they finish pave the whole roadway.

SAM November 17, 2022 - 7:30 PM - 7:30 PM

You just make sure you get it compacted. 55 and rising ain’t gonna happen at night so you should be working during the day. I guarantee it will be jacked up when they finish. The lines will be sloppy and the new surface will be bumpy.

Michael November 16, 2022 - 1:37 PM - 1:37 PM

Call 811 before you dig.
