BART trains resumed service mid-Tuesday morning between Antioch and Pittsburg/Bay Point stations, more than three hours after staffing and power issues shut down service.
About 5:30 a.m., service between the stations stopped and Tri Delta buses were providing a bus bridge.
Shortly after 9 a.m., service between the stations had resumed, BART officials said.
