The Contra Costa County Fire Protection District is proud to announce their Regional Fire Communications Center has earned emergency medical dispatch accreditation, which is one of only 311 such centers worldwide.
This assures world-class medical dispatch when dialing 911 in most of the county, according to ConFire.

They are the reason my Mom is still alive today. My Mom had a grand Mal seizure right in front of me. Had never experienced that before and was in total shock. The dispatcher told me exactly what to do to, when my Mom was choking.
