Starbucks (with a drive-thru) plans to move into the space formerly occupied by Kentucky Fried Chicken on Monument Blvd. in Concord (in front of Big Lots).
This will be the 10th Starbucks in Concord when it opens.

Starbucks used to be in that shopping center next to the liquor store about 15 years ago.
I don’t remember a Starbucks being there, but I do remember a Caffino had a stand alone drive thru in the parking lot.
…that’s what we need – more $9 coffee …. can’t understand the reasoning for their location choice.. whatever

Word is, as a tribute to the KFC location, Starbucks has created a fried chicken, mashed potato latte, with dragon fruit & pumpkin foam
It’s nice to see something moving into that plaza. So sad Safeway and Osh are gone. Would be lovely to improve that area
Can’t improve an area that doesn’t want to be improved. Maybe if the people living around there stopped stealing and destroying everything.
At least this one can handle the traffic without interfering with the street.
Hoping to capitalize on the customers going to COSTCO?
I’d rather have a Starbuck right smack there than the mugger’s alley that exists now.
