One person suffered what appears to be a gunshot wound to the leg just before 8 p.m. near Monument Blvd. and Virginia Lane in Concord.
The suspect has not been captured.
Police are currently on scene investigating. Please avoid the area.

Now all the shooter has to do is drive out to Livermore and hand over the gun to the gun buyback program. He’ll get rid of the evidence with no questions asked, and receive a $100 gift card.
